Anna Roig: invited professor in China!
Anna Roig was invited as Visiting Professor at the Biomedical Engineering Department of Jinan University (Guangzhou, China)
She was hosted by Dr. Siming Yu. Siming did his PhD at the ICMAB in our group.
Anna visited two other universities: Tianjin University (College of Precision Instrument) hosted by Dr. Pengfei Niu also a former PhD at the NN group and Wuyi University (School of Biotechnology and Health Sciences) hosted by Dr. Muling Zheng, first CSC scholar at the ICMAB.
In all places she gave a series of talks presenting our more recent research activities. It was great to visit them and see first hand how ICMABers and former members of the NN group are getting well established at top universities in their home country!
