We are hiring: Postdoctoral Researcher in Biology and Nanotechnology

Are you interested in working with us? The NN Group is hiring a Postdoctoral Researcher. The candidate will work in Barcelona (Institute of Materials Science of Barcelona and the Hospital Clínic de Barcelona) and Wuhan, China (Jianghan University).

We are looking for a highly motivated Postdoctoral Researcher specializing in biology and nanotechnology to join our dynamic team. This position focuses on the development and testing of highly promising nanoparticles for early stages of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), with the ultimate goal of being translated to the clinic.

Position Details:

• Locations:
  • Jianghan University, Wuhan, China
  • Institute of Materials Science of Barcelona (ICMAB-CSIC), Barcelona, Spain
  • Barcelona Clinic Hospital, Barcelona, Spain
• Duration: 2 years (extendable for 1 additional year)
• Salary: 360,000 – 500,000 RMB/year (approximately 46,000 – 65,000 EUR/year), related to the merits.
• Collaboration: Work with leading research teams in China and Spain

Requirements:

• PhD in biomedical sciences, pharmacy, biology, nanotechnology, or related fields
• Strong background in liver diseases research, nanomedicine, and in vitro/in vivo models
• Ability to travel internationally for research collaborations
• Experience in nanoparticle-based drug delivery
• Excellent command of English is essential
