N&N Group welcomes a new PhD student, Wid Mekseriwattana from Thailand, who will work on SPIONs and beta-amyloid interaction:

Hi!, my name is Wid and I’m a Material Science Ph.D student from Mahidol University, Thailand. I’m interested in nanomaterials, particularly in bio-nano interfaces. I’m joining the N&N group to continue my thesis and to work on SPIONs and beta-amyloid interaction. I’m very excited to be here since this is my first time in Europe. I’ll be sure to enjoy the research life here and also having sightseeing around Barcelona!

The N&N group participates in the @NextGEM_eu project, for which we prepared this video explaining how we work with c.elegans. 🪱
