The NN group welcomes 4 students from the Jianghan University

The Nanoparticles and Nanocomposites Group welcomes four master students from Jianghan University (Wuhan, China) for a research stay that will last until March 2026.

The visiting students are:

• Yuhao Wang (Master’s program in Materials Science)
• Chuanxu Weng (Master’s program in Materials Science)
• Zixin Chen (Master’s in Electronic Information)
• Zilong Zhang (Master’s in Electronic Information)

They will spend four months at ICMAB working alongside researchers on projects related to the design and synthesis of multifunctional nanomaterials for applications in energy and biomedicine. During their stay, they will be supervised by Muling Zeng, Juan Pellico, and Pablo Guardia. The initiative has been coordinated in collaboration with Prof. Hongbo Wang from Jianghan University, who is responsible for the academic supervision of the students in China.

This visit marks a significant step toward strengthening ties between ICMAB and Jianghan University, as well as promoting international training for young researchers. This first collaboration will serve as the foundation for future scientific exchanges and long-term cooperation.
