CONGRATULATIONS DR. AMANDA MUÑOZ-JUAN, NEW ICMAB PHD GRADUATED!

Our Ph.D. student Amanda Muñoz-Juan was graduated with a Ph.D. in Biotechnology from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona on the 16th of January 2024. Her thesis, “Assessment of Bacterial Nanocellulose on Caenorhabditis elegans,” was supervised by Dr. Anna Laromaine at ICMAB-CSIC.

The jury member was formed by:

  • President: Judith Rollinger, University of Vienna.
  • Secretary: Julián Cerón Madrigal, Fundació Institut d’Investigació Biomèdica de Bellvitge (IDIBEL).
  • Vocal: Rosalía Rodríguez Rodríguez, Universitat Internacional de Catalunya (UIC).

Amanda obtained the highest qualification. She was awarded with Cum Laude.

Congratulations Dr. Muñoz-Juan!
